Great question! YOU: A Reclamation of Soul is a virtual program. Each month, we meet 3 times via video call for live group & individual coaching.
We'll choose the day/time as a group, and calls will be recorded in case you miss one.
Between calls, you have access to a private Facebook® group to share insights, experiences, ask questions, and get support. The consistent and continual interaction helps you deepen your inner knowing & awareness, break through stubborn blocks and resistance, and commit more fully to living your truth and joy.
