In this 8-month exploration, you'll learn how to harness your energetic potential so that you can feel calm, connected, and in control of your life.

You'll tune into each chakra and discover how to use its gifts to feel steady, aligned, and whole.

Through ancient Yogic practices, you'll release outdated beliefs that keep you stuck and create new habits to support how you want be in the world.

I'm not going to lie - you'll feel some messy stuff too as you clear out the energetic leftovers in your system that are keeping you stuck.

How does the Journey work?
Once you join, you'll receive access to an online course home. Here you'll find all the practice videos, guided meditation audio downloads, worksheets, general information, and bonuses. Each month, a new set of practices will be available focused specifically on that month's chakra.

When does the Journey start?
Start anytime you'd like! Once you join, you gain instant access to get started right away.

How much time will I need to dedicate each day?
The Journey is designed to fit your life and schedule. Because - let's face it - if you had all day, you'd already be doing it. Your daily practice will typically be less than 20-mintues. I say typically, because each month you'll also receive a guided Yoga Nidra (Psychic Sleep) practice to use as little or as often as you'd like, and it will be around 30-minutes.

What if I'm new to Yoga?
Great! You'll be able to learn everything easily and jump straight into the heart of yoga - working with your energy. There couldn't be a better introduction.

How hard will the daily practice be?
The goal of the daily practice is to activate the chakra, not develop your biceps. That said, some of the positions may be challenging for you, especially since - for most of us - sitting is the hardest position of all. In general, the practices are intended to be accessible to all levels, ages, and abilities.

What if I have an injury or unique physical challenge?
You are in good hands! I specialize in gentle Yoga and injury recovery. At any time during the Journey, you are welcome to reach out to me to find modifications that best support your body.

Do I need any special equipment?
Ideally, you'll have a Yoga mat, 2 blankets, a stiff pillow or yoga bolster, and two blocks. We're creative people though, so you'll be able to make due with a mat and a blanket.

What's with the price?
The number 108 is significant in many traditions, including Yoga. A quick internet search will give you dozens of explanations, but in short, 108 represents spiritual completion. A typical mala (like a rosary) in Yoga is 108 beads. Our practices throughout the Journey will also use derivitives of 108, such as 54 and 27.

I want to ensure this Journey is accessible to those who feel called to take the reigns of their life and commit to a path of spiritual discovery and mastery.

When I first started exploring the chakras, I was desperate.

I'd been teaching yoga for years, had 800+ hours of advanced training, and knew the ins and outs of the physical body better than Grays Anatomy (the book, not the show).

But I couldn't control my mind or emotions.

I felt like a victim of every changing tide and moon phase - like my ups and downs had nothing to do with me. I was just a pawn in some erratic emotional game.

I was frustrated, depressed, and wondering if I was irrepairably broken.

Then one day after a particularly intense full moon, I went back to the books. I pulled out a practice I'd spent weeks learning years before but put aside as life got busy.
