Hi! I'm Alexis — award-winning strategist, inner peace activist, and soul purpose expert.
I originally created this journal during one of the hardest times of my life to walk myself out of burn-out and depression, and into more confidence, clarity, and happiness.
Back then, I was preparing to quit my government career. I'd worked so hard for what I had -- and I loved what I did -- but I felt like my soul was suffocating in the daily grind.
