People really love it!

I am being a better friend. Just doing things without all the hohumming and indecision. I am allowing myself a full range of emotion. I am mad often, but now I am not having anxiety about it. I have spent more time with my kids. Feel more rounder and fuller in my person. Such a great month!

I have been impacted by truly seeing and feeling the joy in the small things, continuing to learn to not sweat the small stuff, and grow in my level of patience, love for, and understanding of others.

Less stressing / worry / monkey mind. Can get out of a negative spiral faster. Can stay in joy longer. More creativity. More knowing and intuition. More ME and way less overthinking.
