Each month you'll receive a new movement practice designed to systematically develop your strength, flexibility, and balance. As you continue, you'll feel more confident, calm, and present in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll increase your strength, flexibility, and balance with short monthly practices. Each sequence will also help you feel more present, connected with your body, and loving towards yourself.
You'll get easy-to-follow videos with clear step-by-step instructions, including modifications for common challenges. Plus you'll receive downloadable cheatsheets to help you practice on your own.
Each Trimester, you'll also receive a longer practice (~30 mins) for days when you want to spend more time connecting with your body and nourishing yourself.
No random classes here! You'll be guided through progressive practices that align with the seasons and build on each other to help you develop a loving relationship with yourself in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be part of a community forum where you can ask questions, share insights, and connect with fellow members, who are also learning to be more present with themselves and their bodies.
Alexis is there in the group to help and support you at any time. You can also ask questions about the practices and your experience for her feedback and insight.

You won’t find pumping music, fancy flows, or poses that resemble pretzels.
Because I’m not here just to help you open your hips or sweat or see how long you can hold a downward facing dog (though we'll do all of that).
They only way to do that is to become so intimate - so intensely familiar with yourself, that you stop running from what you don’t want to feel and start embracing it.
You'll tune into what it's like to be you and discover ways to work with yourself to feel more confident, calm, and centered.
This body is the only one you have.
It’s how you interact with the world - how you interpret, understand, and integrate.

Hi! I'm Alexis - a soul strategist for successful (yet secretly unhappy) people. I help you reconnect with your purpose and then take aligned daily action to live it in body, mind, and spirit.
I came to yoga as a high-level strategist in the U.S. Government. It was my absolute dream job, but I was also stressed, lonely, and unhappy. Yoga awoke a deep joy and calm within me, so after I left my career, I started learning everything I could.
10 years of teaching and 1000+ hours of training later, I now bring yogic techniques into my coaching practice - and vice versa - to help you become the person you're meant to be.
In EMBODY, you'll learn the movements I've personally used to heal and reconnect with my body after years of stress, trauma, and ignorance.
You'll discover how to soften and open your body - as well as strengthen and tone - so that you can feel comfortable with yourself, reconnect to your natural state of ease and calm, and awaken to your highest state of consciousness.

That's up to you. On its own, each monthly practice is roughly 10-15 minutes. You may enjoy spending a few minutes afterwards in stillness.
EMBODY is organized into 3 Trimesters, each of which includes 3 monthly practices.
The 4th month, you'll receive a longer guided sequence that builds upon the practices you learned before.

Yes! The main goal of this program and all of its practices is to help you connect with yourself so you can make healthy, respectful, aligned choices.
To do that, you must first acknowledge, honor, and listen with your body. I go into how to do this in greater depth in the program.
Plus, if you have specific questions about a position or would like help finding a modification, you can always submit your question or share in the community.
